Valkyrian Hair is established and operated in Finland. Products sold to customers in the United States are sold internationally from Finland unless otherwise stated.

2. WHO MAY PLACE AN ORDER

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order.

By ordering from us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most Valkyrian Hair toppers are individually made to order based on the specifications selected or approved by the customer.

Your topper does not exist as a finished product until it is ordered and production begins.

Depending on the product, you may be able to select or request characteristics including:

• hair color or color combination;

• roots, highlights, balayage or other color placement;

• hair length;

• cap size;

• hair texture;

• clip or tape attachment options; and

• other individually agreed specifications.

Available customization options may vary between products.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FINAL SPECIFICATIONS

After you place an order, Valkyrian Hair may contact you before production begins to confirm your specifications.

We do this because we want to make sure we understand what you want before your topper is made.

You may also provide reference photographs, inspiration pictures, measurements and additional instructions.

Where we send you a final specification or ask you to confirm details, production will not begin until the required information or approval has been received.

Please review all specifications carefully.

Once you approve your specifications and production begins, changes may no longer be possible. If a change is technically possible after production has started, additional costs and additional production time may apply. We will tell you about any additional charge before making the requested change.

We remain responsible for producing the product according to the specifications we have confirmed with you. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements, photographs, color selections and other information you provide to us.

5. CHANGING YOUR LOOK

A hair topper does not have to be the same color or length as your natural hair.

Customers may intentionally choose a topper that is lighter, darker, longer, highlighted, rooted, balayaged or otherwise different from their existing hair.

If you intentionally select a different color, length or style, the fact that the topper does not match your natural hair is not a product defect.

We are happy to provide guidance about blending and color selection before production begins.

6. COLOR MATCHING

Hair color is highly visual and can appear different depending on lighting, camera settings, screens, surrounding colors and the customer's own hair.

Photographs displayed on computers, tablets and phones cannot guarantee an exact representation of physical hair color.

Photographs sent to Valkyrian Hair for color matching are therefore used as a guide.

If exact color matching is important to you, please contact us before ordering so that we can discuss the best available options.

Where a customer specifically approves a color, color combination or color design before production, the approved specification will be used as the production reference.

7. NATURAL VARIATIONS IN HUMAN HAIR

Human hair is a natural material. Individual hairs and hair batches may contain subtle differences in shade, texture, movement and other characteristics.

Handmade products may also contain minor variations associated with hand production.

These natural or minor variations are not defects provided that the product remains materially consistent with the specifications agreed with the customer.

Natural variation does not permit us to substitute a materially different color, length, construction or product from the one ordered.

8. HAIR LENGTH

Hair length refers to the approximate hair length stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, hair is measured in its extended or straightened state.

Curly or wavy hair may therefore appear shorter when worn in its natural texture.

Because individual strands and finished hairstyles may be shaped or blended, not every strand will necessarily measure exactly the stated length.

9. CAP SIZE AND CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS

Where cap size or construction depends on measurements supplied by the customer, please follow our measuring instructions carefully.

We can assist you with choosing a size, but our recommendations depend on the accuracy of the information and measurements you provide.

A product manufactured according to customer-approved measurements is not defective solely because measurements supplied by the customer were incorrect.

If you are unsure how to measure, please contact us before approving production.

10. PRODUCT IMAGES

We aim to represent our products accurately.

However, photographs, videos, model images, digital mock-ups and screen displays are intended to help demonstrate colors, styles, lengths and appearance.

Lighting, photography, screen calibration, styling and differences between individuals may affect how a product appears.

Where an image is an AI-generated visualization, digital mock-up, inspiration image or other illustrative representation rather than a photograph of the exact finished product, we will identify it where appropriate.

11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted every customization request.

We reserve the right to contact you if:

• a requested customization cannot reasonably be produced;

• important information is missing;

• a price or website error has occurred;

• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity; or

• we otherwise cannot fulfill the order.

If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order.

12. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Depending on your selected payment method, your bank, card company or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are not charged by Valkyrian Hair.

Prices may change from time to time, but a later price change will not alter the price of an order that we have already accepted unless both parties expressly agree to a modification.

Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected before an order is accepted. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you and give you the choice required by applicable law.

13. PAYMENT

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card details to us by ordinary email.

14. PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH TIME

Valkyrian Hair products are made to order.

Our expected production and dispatch timeframe is normally approximately 8–12 weeks after all required specifications have been finalized and approved, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated for the particular product or order.

This timeframe is an estimate based on our reasonable expectation at the time the order is accepted.

Shipping/transit time after dispatch is additional.

If we become aware that we cannot dispatch your order within the timeframe we promised, we will notify you and provide any choices regarding the delay, cancellation and refund required by applicable law.

Where applicable law gives you the right to cancel because of a shipment delay, nothing in our custom-made or final-sale policy removes that right.

15. SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Orders are shipped using the delivery method available or selected for the order.

Any delivery date provided after dispatch is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipments may be delayed by:

• customs processing;

• carrier delays;

• security inspections;

• severe weather;

• strikes;

• transportation disruptions;

• public authority actions; or

• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide tracking information where tracking is available.

Please ensure that the shipping address supplied with your order is complete and correct.

16. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS AND FEES

Valkyrian Hair is located in Finland. A shipment sent from Finland to the United States is an international import.

Unless we expressly state at checkout that particular import charges are included or prepaid, the customer is responsible for customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance charges and other fees imposed in connection with importing the order into the United States.

These charges are not controlled by Valkyrian Hair and may vary according to factors including the product, value, country of origin, customs classification and laws in force at the time of import.

The fact that a package is dispatched from Finland does not necessarily determine the customs country of origin of every product or material. Customs documentation will identify origin and other information as required by applicable law.

We cannot guarantee an estimate of customs duties or tariffs provided before importation unless we have expressly agreed to pay those amounts.

Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required by the carrier or customs authorities for clearance of the shipment.

17. REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please do not refuse a delivery simply because customs duties, tariffs, taxes or carrier clearance charges have been assessed.

Refusal to pay legally assessed import charges does not convert a made-to-order product into a returnable product.

If a shipment is returned to us because the customer:

• refuses to pay import charges;

• refuses delivery;

• fails to provide information needed for customs clearance; or

• provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,

the customer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for resulting shipping, return, customs, storage and carrier charges.

Because customized products cannot ordinarily be resold, the original product price may remain non-refundable once production has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates a problem with delivery, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend photographing:

• the unopened package;

• the shipping label;

• the damaged packaging;

• the product; and

• any other visible damage.

Please retain the packaging while a carrier investigation is pending.

Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under applicable law if goods are lost or damaged before delivery.

19. CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION

Because we contact customers before production to confirm their order, you may request cancellation before final specifications have been approved and production has begun.

If we agree that production has not begun, we will cancel the order and refund the product price and any other refundable amounts, subject to any payment-processing or other deductions permitted by applicable law and disclosed to you.

20. CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN

Once you have approved the final specifications and production of your customized topper has begun, the order is normally final and cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.

This is because the product is being made specifically for you according to your selected specifications and may not be suitable for resale.

This provision does not apply where a cancellation or refund right cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to delayed shipment, non-delivery, defective products or materially non-conforming products.

21. RETURNS — CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Except where required by applicable law, Valkyrian Hair does not accept change-of-mind returns of customized or made-to-order hair toppers after production has begun.

Examples of reasons that normally do not create a right to return a correctly produced customized product include:

• changing your mind about the color after approving it;

• deciding you would prefer another length;

• ordering incorrect measurements;

• deciding you prefer another cap size after approving your measurements;

• preferring a different hairstyle;

• intentionally ordering a topper different from your natural hair and later deciding you wanted an exact match;

• normal variation inherent in human hair; or

• differences caused solely by screens, lighting or photography where the physical product materially matches the confirmed specification.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the specifications we confirmed with you.

Products that are not customized or made to order may have a different return policy stated on their product page.

22. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We stand behind products being made according to the specifications agreed with our customers.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your product:

• has a manufacturing defect;

• arrived damaged;

• is materially different from the specifications we confirmed;

• is the wrong product; or

• has another genuine quality issue.

For the fastest assessment, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery and including clear photographs or video showing the issue.

The seven-day request is intended to help us investigate manufacturing and shipping problems quickly. It does not eliminate any longer non-waivable legal right you may have under applicable law.

We may ask you not to wash, cut, color, chemically treat or otherwise materially alter the product until we have assessed the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, correction, replacement or refund.

Where the defect or error is our responsibility, we will provide any return shipping or other remedy required by applicable law.

23. ALTERING YOUR TOPPER

Hair may sometimes be cut, styled, toned, dyed or otherwise customized after delivery.

However, chemical processing, coloring, bleaching, toning, cutting, excessive heat, unsuitable products or treatment by a third-party stylist may permanently alter the hair.

Any post-delivery modification is undertaken at the customer's discretion.

Valkyrian Hair is not responsible for damage caused by a modification, product or treatment performed after delivery by the customer or a third party.

However, modifying one part of a product does not automatically eliminate a claim for an unrelated manufacturing defect. Any assessment will depend on whether the modification caused or contributed to the problem.

24. CARE AND EXPECTED LIFESPAN

Human-hair toppers require appropriate care.

We recommend following the care instructions supplied on our website or with your product, including using suitable gentle hair-care products, minimizing unnecessary heat and storing the topper appropriately.

Any statement regarding the expected lifespan of a topper is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Lifespan can vary considerably depending on factors including:

• frequency of wear;

• brushing and handling;

• washing frequency;

• hair-care products;

• heat styling;

• coloring or chemical treatment;

• sleeping or exercising while wearing the topper;

• environmental conditions; and

• storage.

Normal wear from use is not a manufacturing defect.

25. CLIPS, TAPES AND ADHESIVES

Some toppers may use pressure clips, tape attachments or other attachment methods.

Customers should use attachment systems according to the supplied instructions and according to their own comfort.

If you use third-party tapes, adhesives, removers or other products, follow the instructions and safety information supplied by their manufacturer.

Stop using a product or attachment method if you experience significant discomfort, irritation or an unexpected reaction.

Valkyrian Hair products are cosmetic hair products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.

If you have concerns about whether a particular attachment method is appropriate for your scalp, skin or hair, seek advice from an appropriate qualified professional.

26. PERSONAL RESULTS

Every person's natural hair, head shape, hairline, density, styling ability and preferences are different.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that a topper will look exactly the same on one customer as it does on a model, mannequin, another customer or in an inspiration photograph.

Styling, positioning, blending and professional cutting may affect the final appearance.

27. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to make product descriptions accurate.

If we discover a material error in a product description affecting an order, we will contact the customer and take appropriate steps.

Headings, photographs, videos, descriptions, tutorials and blog posts are provided to help customers understand our products but do not replace the specific specifications confirmed for an individual custom order.

28. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;

• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• expired promotions cannot be applied retrospectively; and

• a promotion may be limited to selected products, customers, markets or dates.

Nothing in this section allows us to cancel an already accepted order solely because we later decide to change a promotion.

29. CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS AND INFORMATION

You may send us photographs, measurements, messages and other information so we can advise you or create your customized product.

You give Valkyrian Hair permission to use this material only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested consultation, produce your order, provide customer service, resolve a complaint or meet legal obligations.

Sending us a photograph for color matching or product creation does not automatically give us permission to publish that photograph for advertising, social media or marketing.

If we would like to publicly use a customer's photograph, testimonial or other personal material for marketing, we will request separate permission where required.

Our processing of personal information is further explained in our Privacy Policy.

30. CUSTOMER REVIEWS

We welcome honest feedback about our products and service, including both positive and negative feedback.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from:

• publishing an honest review;

• describing their genuine experience;

• contacting a consumer protection authority;

• reporting suspected unlawful conduct; or

• exercising another legal right.

Reviews must nevertheless comply with applicable law and must not, for example, unlawfully disclose another person's private information or contain content that is independently unlawful.

31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Valkyrian Hair name, branding, logo, website design, original photographs, product photographs, graphics, videos, written content, guides and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Valkyrian Hair and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit our copyrighted content, branding or product photography without authorization except where applicable law permits such use.

32. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, videos or services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of independent third-party services.

33. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or change portions of the website for maintenance, security, updates or other legitimate business reasons.

This does not affect an existing customer's contractual rights relating to an accepted order.

34. FRAUD AND MISUSE

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the transaction involves fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of the website or unlawful conduct.

If we cancel an order for these reasons before providing the product, amounts paid will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

35. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We do not create an additional written warranty merely by providing care information, estimated product lifespan, styling suggestions or general product descriptions.

Any specific written guarantee or warranty offered for an individual product will be stated separately.

36. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valkyrian Hair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting solely from circumstances for which such liability may legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate contractual liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability where applicable law prohibits limitation for matters such as:

• personal injury caused by a defective product;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• intentional misconduct;

• gross negligence where it cannot legally be limited; or

• mandatory consumer rights.

Some U.S. states do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where such a rule applies, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by that state's law.

37. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products in accordance with the provided instructions.

Valkyrian Hair is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• misuse;

• neglect;

• improper storage;

• inappropriate products;

• excessive heat;

• unauthorized alteration;

• improper chemical processing; or

• third-party treatment,

to the extent that such conduct caused or contributed to the damage.

This provision does not excuse Valkyrian Hair from responsibility for a defect that existed independently of the customer's actions.

38. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as major transportation disruption, natural disaster, war, government action, widespread industrial disruption or similar extraordinary events.

We will nevertheless communicate with affected customers and comply with any applicable legal requirements concerning delayed orders, cancellation and refunds.

39. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Please review our Privacy Policy before placing an order.

40. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your transaction, including:

• order confirmations;

• specification approval;

• production questions;

• payment information;

• shipping notifications;

• customs issues;

• customer service; and

• legally required notices.

Transactional communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

41. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — CONTACT US FIRST

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.

We would much rather understand the issue and try to resolve it directly than have a customer remain dissatisfied.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we ask both parties, where reasonably possible, to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication for at least 30 days.

This provision does not prevent either party from taking urgent action when necessary or from meeting a legally applicable filing deadline.

42. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and contracts between Valkyrian Hair and customers are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to a customer cannot legally be displaced by this choice of law.

Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a U.S. consumer of a mandatory right that applicable law provides and that cannot legally be waived by contract.

43. JURISDICTION

Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or an order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland, with venue in the judicial district applicable to Valkyrian Hair's registered domicile.

This provision does not prevent a customer from bringing a claim in another forum where applicable mandatory law gives the customer a non-waivable right to do so.

44. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

If any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory federal or state consumer law that applies to a particular transaction, the mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.

The remainder of these Terms will continue to apply.

45. SEVERABILITY

If a court or other competent authority determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

46. NO WAIVER

If either party does not immediately enforce a contractual right, this does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.

47. ASSIGNMENT

Customers may not transfer an order or contractual right to another person where doing so would materially affect the custom production of the product without our consent.

Valkyrian Hair may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business restructuring, merger, acquisition or similar transaction, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

48. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with:

• the applicable product description;

• the customer's confirmed specifications;

• our Return/Refund Policy where separately published;

• our Shipping Policy where separately published; and

• any other terms expressly agreed for the particular order,

form the agreement between the customer and Valkyrian Hair regarding that purchase.

If individually confirmed custom specifications conflict with a general product description, the individually confirmed specifications control for that customized feature.

49. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time for future purchases.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version presented to the customer when the order was placed, together with any later change expressly agreed by both parties or required by law.

We will not retroactively change material contractual terms of an existing order merely by publishing new Terms on our website.
