Shipping policy

At Valkyrian Hair, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Production Time

As each of our wigs and hair toppers is custom-made to your selected specifications (colour, length, cap size, and other options), production takes approximately 6–12 weeks before your order is ready for dispatch.

We take great care in crafting every piece to ensure the highest quality and the most natural result.

Order Processing

Once your custom piece has been completed, your order will be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Finland.

As Finland is part of the European Union, customers within the EU will not incur any customs duties or import fees on their orders.

If you wish to place an order outside of the European Union, please contact info@valkyrianhair.com for assessing possibilities. 

Estimated Delivery Times when product is ready

  • Finland: 1–3 business days

  • Nordic countries: 2–5 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. We will notify you when production is ready to ship

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over 200 € within the European Union. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Valkyrian Hair cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter promptly. info@valkyrianhair.com
